Airport pickup instructions (if you arranged CURBSIDE pickup)
Once you arrive at the airport, please proceed to the baggage area to retrieve your luggage. The driver/dispatcher will contact you upon the arrival of your flight, through calling or using SMS and direct you to the pick up location. If you do not receive any message from our driver / dispatch, please call at +1 (800) 786-7180 and the dispatcher will direct you to the pick up location at the airport. The pick-up will take approximately 3-10 minutes after receiving a call, depending on the airport traffic conditions at that time. We highly recommend our international clients who have non US/Canada cell phones to arrange Meet and Greet Service / Inside Pickup. NOTE: NOT ALL AIRPORTS ALLOW CURBSIDE PICKUP

Our chauffeurs will greet clients at the designated baggage claim area or at the gate with a welcome sign displaying your name. You may also receive a text message upon arrival that shows the driver’s name and phone number. There may be an additional charge for Inside Pickup and that depends on airport rules and regulations. Cancellation Policy for airport trips and point-to-point transfers
There is a 3 hours prior cancellation policy in effect for all Airport Departure and Arrival reservations. If possible, an advance notice of 24 hours prior to the pick-up is requested. A No-Show or Late-Cancelled will be charged at full rate including gratuity.
Cancellation policy for charter buses, special event limos
A 3 days to 1 week prior cancellation notice policy is in effect, depending on type of service, region, special events, day of the week, for full details please call us at +1 (800) 786-7180. Cancellations can be made by email at cancellation@limostop.com or by calling at +1 (800) 786-7180 and ask for a cancellation number.
Confirmations
We do confirm all reservations by email. If for any reason you do not receive an email confirmation, please call us or email us at info@limostop.com.
early bird / late night pickup fee
Additional $15.00 charges between the hours of 11.00 P.M. - 5:00 A.M.
extra stop fee (no extra stop fee for hourly / charter Serves
A minimum $15.00 per stop will be charged for airport and point to point transfers if the stop is within the direction of your trip. Any distance added to trip will also be charged.
No-show policy charges
A full fare, including a gratuity, will be billed if the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location (No-show). If for any reason, you could not locate the chauffeur, call the dispatcher at +1 (800) 786-7180, or +1 (408) 606-2600 to avoid being billed as a no-show. Do not leave your location without communicating with our dispatcher. Limo Stop is not responsible for any service delayed or not rendered due to natural causes or circumstances beyond our control.
No Smoking Policy
Limo Stop's entire fleet are NON-SMOKING. If during an event the client needs to smoke, our chauffeurs have been instructed to find a safe area to park the vehicle.
payments
Payment is due at the time of service and it may also depends on your account settings. Payment may be made by cash, credit card. We accept cash, AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa. In addition, Corporate Accounts can be billed on a semimonthly basis. Invoices are due upon receipt.
Tolls and parking Fee
Tolls, parking and other fees may apply. Actual total amount due will be calculated upon completion of the trip.​
Waiting time for airport arrivals (no waiting time charge for first 45 minutes)
Waiting time charge will start after first 45 minutes of the actual arrival time of your flight. We track your the actual arrival by contacting airline and / or through www.flightview.com, www.flightaware.com. Waiting time fee is $0.75 / Min per hour or ,depending upon the vehicle, at a half an hour increment). No waiting time will be charged for reservations that are booked on hourly basis or any pickup from airport.
Waiting time for airport departures and point-to-point transfers
Waiting time fee will start after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet and vice-versa, Limo Stop will also take liability. (waiting time fee is $60 per hour or ,depending upon the vehicle, at a half an hour increment). No waiting time will be charged for reservations that are booked on hourly basis or any pickup from an airport.
Liability
Limo Stop is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $500.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.00, and $10.00 for each broken glass (champagne and alcohol).

Other important information
Consumption of Alcohol in Vehicle are not allowed.
  • Alcohol Consumption by MINOR and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines related, will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate a run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
  • Limo Stop will do best to help our client to find articles, but are not responsible for any articles left in the limousine.
  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond the seating capacity.
  • Limo Stop is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to natural causes or circumstances beyond our control. Limo Stop does not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes.
  • The customer agrees to inform Limo Stop, within 24 hours of any activity, about any problem regarding the service provided by Limo Stop including, but not by way of limitation, failure to provide the services in a timely manner or any delay or dissatisfaction with any service provided.
